RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple, fair return process.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition it arrived

Certain product types may be excluded due to hygiene or supplier restrictions.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Used items

  • Items not in original packaging


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos/video of the issue

  3. We will offer a replacement or refund

There is no return shipping fee for defective items.


Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment

  • Processing takes 3–5 business days

  • Your bank may require an additional 3–10 business days


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
